Some New Zen Poems

writing to anchor thoughts that arise
and fathom texts I encounter

My new Zen poems,
not mine - personal belongings not possible,
not new - ageing as soon as they are written down,
not Zen - mere clumsy thoughts as I mull over sutras,
not poems - just written words cluttering blank pages,
no readers - only notional beings appearing to mind,
as am I.
